FastMods, CTO and Co-Founder; Albany, NY (May ’03 – Sep ‘04)

• Designed and managed development of an ecommerce web site with over 40,000 products and 1,000 unique visitors a day.
• Designed and managed development of an inventory management system which powered the content of the website and tracked and managed all products, distributors, customers and orders.
• Oversaw all online advertising and search engine optimization efforts.

IA Systems, Web Developer; Albany, NY (Jan ’00 – Aug ‘01)

• Instrumental in the design, setup and implementation of a management system to keep track of the companies’ customers, cases, and product defects.
• Designed and created an online corporate Extranet over the management system.
• Created a thin-client web application of the management system for use by employees in the field.
• Co-designer and creator of highly advanced online loan application system. This system allowed for banks and credit unions to create advanced online loan applications, with no web experience, that offered immediate approval/denial and tied directly into the companies’ loan origination software package.

Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency, System Administrator; Groton, NY (May ’97 – Aug ’99)

• Oversaw conversion to new network and Agency Management System
• Maintained a Windows NT network and an insurance database that included several thousand policies
• Designed and implemented several processes to increase the efficiency of the agency
• Setup systems to integrate with insurance carriers to allow upload and download of policy information and payments
• Trained employees in the use of the computers and all of the programs associated with it
• Setup and maintained a detailed financial system to keep track of the companies many back accounts, which included their Premium Account and Payrolls
• Created a Web Site that allowed customers to request an insurance quote over the Internet

• Set up product tracking system that allowed in depth analysis of product movement and sales
